Happy New Year!

Friday, 31 December, 2010
I can't believe it's the end of another year! Where did it go? Flew right passed me. That's the thing about time. It waits for no one. Either you're flowing with it or left behind. We live in a very fast paced, changing world. Sound depressing? Just a little, but let's put it in another perspective. Fast moving = exciting.

What did you accomplish in 2010?
Celebrate those goals even if they are small.

What are you the most proud of in what did in 2010?
Share it with a friend, family, mentor, business associate and so forth.

What will you improve on in 2011?
Write down short and long term goals. Share it with someone and be accountable.

What changes do you want to do for you, family, business etc. in 2011?
Write them down and how you will make these changes.

There's still time left to make changes and end the year on a high note.

2011 will be a fantastic year for all of us! Here's to a Healthy and Happy New Year, Everyone!

Merry Christmas and Welcome 2011!

Wednesday, 22 December, 2010
It's hard to believe it's another year gone by. It didn't seem long ago when the 2010 Winter Olympics were held in my hometown. As each year goes by, there's always something new to look forward to. I hope 2011 will bring you all many wonderful opportunities and your health will be even better in the New Year.

I haven't set new business goals for myself yet, but I know what my health goals are. I want to keep learning and staying on top of what is good for us. I want to stay as far away as possible from prescription and non-prescription drugs. I want to be healthy and live a healthy life.

I know I haven't spent a lot of time on this blog. I can't make any promises the New Year will be any different, but I hope when I have something to say it will be meaningful and beneficial to you.

I want to wish all my loyal readers and my new visitors the best Christmas! Stay true to yourself, be merry, enjoy everything in moderation, don't stress, relax, and just savour the moments you share with your family and friends.

May you have a very Merry, Happy, Healthy Christmas and welcome the New Year with some new health goals of your own.
