We're not quite in October yet, but it'll be here soon enough. October is Breast Cancer month so guess what a non-profit organization Rise & Shine is doing? They're giving $1 to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation every time a video is played! They have contributed $275,000 already and they are looking for support from viewers like us to contribute another $30,000 for a total of $300,000. Each day in October one video will be played from a Canadian comedian and when you click and watch, $1 will go to the Foundation. Simple, right? I'd say so. Don't forget to share the links in any social media sites so more money can be raised (up to a maximum of $30,000).

Prevention and early detection is the best way of fighting breast cancer. Breast Cancer Awareness month is here and it is great to bring awareness to it regardless of the way it is brought to people's attention. Whether it is from participating in a walk, updating your facebook status, or by wearing a breast cancer ribbon , any effort made to help bring awareness and help find a cure for this disease is a help in many ways.
